The fourth season of the game's Battle Pass is in its seventh week, with Week 8 challenges dropping early Thursday morning. As is the case every week, this post is designed to round-up the biggest Fortnite: Battle Royale stories of the week and help you mop up any challenges you might still be facing. This past week was a big one for Epic Games and the Fortnite community.

Here it is: the ultimate achievement in Fortnite: Battle Royale's superhero-themed Season 4 Battle Pass. It's the Blockbuster skin, which required players to complete seven full weeks worth of challenges in order to unlock it, meaning that nobody will be able to actually earn it until this thursday when the Week 7 challenges go live. But Epic Games just dropped this week's update, and so everything that's going to be in the game on thursday is in the game now: and that means the Blockbuster skin. Thanks to the dataminers @TwoEpicBuddies, we've got our first look at the skin itself, which comes via the Week 7 loading screen: Note that this is technically unconfirmed because we haven't actually seen this in-game yet. But it seems almost certain that this is Blockbuster: not only is it being dramatically revealed in the final Blockbuster challenge loading screen, it also lines up well with the silhouette we've been able to see since the beginning of the season.

Blockbuster skin week has arrived in Fortnite. If you've been staying on top of your challenges for the past six weeks, if you complete week 7, you'll be able to unlock the legendary blockbuster skin, which most are assuming will be a new hero or villain. And now you can see exactly what you have to do this week to make that happen. As ever, week 7 Fortnite challenges have been leaked via Fortnite Tracker, and at least one of them seems like it's going to be a rather tough challenge. Of these, pickaxe damage should be rather hilarious to try and complete, as you can just whack at other players at the start of the match, or later on if you're feeling especially cocky.
