The Real Demon Inside ChatGPT
Language is meaningless without context. The sentence "I'm going to war" is ominous when said by the president of the United States but reassuring when coming from a bedbug exterminator. The problem with AI chatbots is that they often strip away historical and cultural context, leading users to be confused, alarmed, or, in the worst cases, misled in harmful ways. Last week, an editor at The Atlantic reported that OpenAI's ChatGPT had praised Satan while guiding her and several colleagues through a series of ceremonies encouraging "various forms of self-mutilation." There was a bloodletting ritual called " THE RITE OF THE EDGE" as well as a days-long "deep magic" experience called "The Gate of the Devourer."
We're getting a second season of Secret Level
The Secret Level official X account just teased a new season for the series of short animations. For those unaware, Secret Level adapts various games and franchises like Warhammer 40,000, Pac-Man and Concord into short animated episodes. The team behind it is the same that did Love, Death and Robots on Netflix. We don't know much more about the second season of Secret Level. So far there's no information on what games season two will adapt, or when that season will premier.
Amazon is giving away games to promote its Secret Level anthology series
We've got a little bit longer to wait until Secret Level, the gaming-inspired animated anthology series from the Love, Death and Robots team, debuts on Prime Video. But Amazon is ramping up to the launch by offering some solid freebies for Prime members on many of the games that inspired episodes in Secret Level. Roguelike masterpiece Spelunky and story-laden space adventure The Outer Worlds are must-haves if they aren't already in your library. And if that wasn't enough free stuff, a code for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II in the Amazon Games App will also drop on December 12. Those Prime Gaming members using the Amazon Luna streaming service will also see the addition of Mega Man 11.
Here Are All The Video Games Releasing In July (2018)
No Man's Sky is coming to Xbox One in July. July is a pretty slow month when it comes to video game releases, but there are actually some pretty big and important games coming out this July, especially if you're on Xbox One or Nintendo Switch. It's still a pretty slow month as far as game releases go, but if none of these games interests you at least you can catch up on the backlog! It might be the slimmest release list of the year, actually, but there's still some big games either releasing for the first time or for the first time on a specific platform. Let's look at a few highlights (though you might be more excited about some of the other releases.)
Here Are All The Video Games Releasing In June 2018 -- And What To Play
June is here at last, and with it comes a pretty strong month of game releases. Summer is usually the dead season when it comes to new video game releases, and this June is unseasonably strong. Switch owners will have a ton of new games and ports to choose from in June, continuing Nintendo's stellar release schedule into the summer. Here's the big list, with some highlights at the end: As you can see, if you're a Nintendo Switch gamer you're in luck this June. Alongside new releases, which I'll get to in a minute, you've got Wolfenstein II finally releasing on the Switch, as well as the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy.

'Dawn Of War III' Open Beta: Sign Up To Get Access To Modes, Maps
The "Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III" is releasing later this month. Ahead of its launch, players can get early access to the real-time strategy game through the multiplayer open beta test that is scheduled to happen starting on April 21. Developer Relic Entertainment and publisher Sega have already opened the lines for signups, so players interested in joining the open beta should register as early as today to gain access to a range of maps, modes and other content of the video game. Open beta will only last for four days, so gamers are advised to join the test and enjoy it while it last until April 24. The signup page is found here.
