STR is seeking a Research Engineer to join our tight-knit, growing Autonomy team. We design, develop, and demonstrate software to control distributed autonomous robots. The software ranges from early prototypes to fielded systems and will revolutionize the way that heterogeneous teams of autonomous robotic systems (e.g., drone swarms) assist humans in accomplishing shared objectives. This hybrid position is based out of STR's 3500 sq.ft., state-of-the-art Autonomy lab, which is located steps from STR's Woburn, MA corporate headquarters. We are seeking experienced candidates in search of impactful Research and Development (R&D) opportunities.
