Automate Salesforce (Sales Cloud) use cases using the right RPA technology with Jade Global

#artificialintelligence

One of the most powerful sales and marketing platforms, Salesforce is used in most enterprises across industry verticals. With the advent of multiple sales channels like digital channels, social media channels, and tremendous growth in transactions like leads, customer engagement, etc. It is challenging to feed all relevant info to Salesforce simultaneously. Marketing teams in enterprises daily receive hundreds of leads from various digital channels like Facebook Ads, Shopify customer info, LinkedIn Gen forms, emails, etc. These must be fed into Sales Cloud manually to address these leads, which means a team should manually download information about each lead, restructure or reformat it, and type it into Sales Cloud.

Looking Back: Sales Cloud at Dreamforce '18

#artificialintelligence

In September, sales professionals from around the world attended Dreamforce '18. And because we think sales is one of the best jobs in the world, we wanted to highlight Trailblazers in sales throughout our sessions, keynotes, demos, and more. We also got to reunite with our extended customer and partner family, hear about how they're trailblazing in sales, and share updates about how we plan to make sales teams even more productive, intelligent, and successful in the future. Artificial Intelligence (AI) was a key theme at Dreamforce again this year. In our Sales Cloud keynote, "Now Every Sales Team Gets AI," we told a story about how rapid advancements in technology are making it possible for smarter selling to happen anytime, anywhere, and on any channel.

#artificialintelligence

Salesforce is announcing today the launch of its Einstein artificial intelligence (A.I.) platform that's implemented into several of the company's existing cloud services: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud, App Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Community Cloud, and IoT Cloud. The company is also announcing the formation of Salesforce Research, a unit that will do research in deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision that can be used to improve Salesforce products. The unit is led by Salesforce chief scientist Richard Socher, formerly cofounder and chief executive of A.I. startup MetaMind, which Salesforce acquired earlier this year. In a press briefing in San Francisco this week, Socher declined to say how many people were part of the team, although he did say that some of Salesforce's 175 data scientists have joined the newly organized division. The product enhancements will have an impact on Salesforce's direct competitors.
