The device is currently codenamed Andromeda and it has been in development for at least two years. "It's a new pocketable Surface device form factor that brings together innovative new hardware and software experiences to create a truly personal and versatile computing experience," says the leaked internal documents.

And there is a horizontal strip at the bottom with most recently used content. The new Xbox Dashboard also has a new feature called "Content Blocks." Microsoft did not specify the changes that were made for the custom version of Windows 10 for China.
