According to Gartner, By 2024, 60% of the data used for the development of AI and analytics projects will be synthetically generated. Real data is any data that is produced or obtained through direct measurement, typically sensors in a manufacturing environment. This data is often constrained by cost, logistics, and privacy. In fact, sometimes real data can be downright dangerous to collect! Imagine an application where you need car crash data – Too expensive and risky to get real data.
