Little-known chatbot site Kognitium claims to be experiencing'high traffic' due to the outage, which has affected ChatGPT since around 8am BST. Kognitium, owned by a California company of the same name, hasn't disclosed exact traffic numbers, but tells users'you may not need to use ChatGPT anymore'.
