As opposed to statistical or ANN weighted summation-first. I designed this algorithm from the scratch, out of theoretical considerations, now feel ready to apply it to image and video recognition. I have rough pseudo code, see part 4, level 1 for one-dimensional comparison function. That function is the only part of my introduction that is also a core of proposed image recognition algorithm. Higher-dimensional search (a superset of 1D function) is broadly described in part 2, a draft of pseudo is available on request.
