Toddler's brains are far more advanced than thought, a new study has found. Researchers discovered seven month old's have basic social skills - and can already understand what their parents are doing. It is the first time babies have been shown to not only observe, but understand social interactions. The study involved 36 seven-month-old infants, who were each tested while wearing a cap that used electroencephalography, or EEG, to measure brain activity.
