Race to Target to drive these 'Mario Kart' shopping carts

On Friday, Nintendo is launching Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for the Nintendo Switch. I've played it, and it's amazing. This is likely why the retailing giant is going big to promote the arrival of a new Mario Kart.
