When it comes to online dating, there are a number of factors that might affect whether someone sees you as'a match'. These can include what you're wearing, how tall you look and how much fun you seem to be having in your profile picture. But even if you pick the perfect photos, with the most flattering light, one factor that you can't control might also be affecting your chances of getting swiped right - the person before you. A new study has shown that when looking through photographs in sequence, people are more likely to rate faces as attractive if they thought the face before was good looking. It works the other way, too.
