COMSovereign to Acquire RVision, Inc., Expanding Smart City Capabilities

COMSovereign Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: COMS) ("COMSovereign" or "Company"), a U.S.-based developer of 4G LTE Advanced and 5G Communication Systems and Solutions, today announced that it has executed an agreement to acquire RVision, Inc. ("RVision"), a developer of technologically advanced, environmentally hardened video and communications products and physical security solutions designed for government and private sector commercial industries. Terms of the transaction include total consideration of approximately $5.58 million consisting exclusively of shares of restricted common stock. The transaction is expected to close within approximately 15 days subject to traditional closing conditions. Smart Cities and Smart Campuses (educational and industrial) are urban areas designed to integrate advanced technologies including IoT ("Internet of Things"), AI ("Artificial Intelligence"), machine learning, Big Data, and sustainable or "green" energy systems to benefit and secure the daily lives of its residents. Around the world today, these technologies are being deployed to efficiently improve public services and safety through enhancements to everything from mass transportation and waste management to the real-time monitoring of environmental conditions including air and water quality.

Neptune Lines PCTCs feature METIS Ship Connect – the automated data acquisition solution whose accuracy is approved by Lloyds Register. The METIS platform uses a network of Wireless Intelligent Collectors to harvest machinery, navigation and operational data regardless of equipment supplier. Its ship performance analysis also integrates AIS data, data fetched from vessels' daily / arrival / departure regular reporting and weather forecasts to provide services such as automated noon reporting, analysis of technical and operational domains and weather-related reporting. Pluto is taking advantage of the sensorification of modern water treatment plants to extrapolate insights that can save operators precious time, money and water. The Pluto analytics platform presents managers with a dashboard that quantifies the status of all assets at a given water treatment plant. These ratings, ranging from 0 to 100, take into account temperature and pressure readings in addition to other data from pumps and chlorinators to identify cause and effect relationships. Machine learning is the backbone behind Pluto's ability to ingest large quantities of unstructured data, but the end user isn't forced to get into the weeds of individual models to gain a better understanding of how plant assets are working in consonance.


IntelliFlux Artificial Intelligence-Based Control System from Water Planet Powers Demonstrations

The project, which is being done with Sweetwater Tech Resources, utilizes Water Planet's IMS-5000 Integrated Produced Water Treatment Solution powered by IntelliFlux. The IMS-5000 technology used in the pilot is an integrated mechanical and membrane filtration system that incorporates ceramic membranes to filter the water. It was developed to perform in oil & gas produced water treatment, one of the most challenging water treatment applications on the planet. As part of the project, Water Planet is also running a standard reverse osmosis unit to desalt the brackish water that is left after treatment by the ceramic ultrafiltration membranes. "We are currently running a series of demonstrations using a range of waters provided by a consortium of California oil producers to evaluate treating produced water for potential use in agricultural irrigation.
