GOP lawmaker credits Trump for relieving his constituents on key issue after being 'demonized'
Secretary of Energy Chris Wright discusses the economic impact of lowering energy prices, why energy is essential for artificial intelligence dominance, American LNG exports and possible U.S. operation of Ukrainian nuclear plants. Rep. August Pfluger, R-Texas, said that his constituents are feeling optimistic once again about the future of the oil and gas industry in his district and beyond. The Republican represents parts of central Texas that are critical to the industry, including the Permian Basin, as the Trump administration has famously promised to "drill, baby, drill." "Think about the hardworking men and women of the Permian Basin, or the Bakken or the Marcellus, or any other producing area. President Biden said, 'What you do is evil. You producing oil and gas is evil.' I mean, they basically demonized them," he told Fox News Digital in a recent interview.

Energy Secretary Chris Wright discusses the economic impact of lowering energy prices, why energy is essential for artificial intelligence dominance, American LNG exports and possible U.S. operation of Ukrainian nuclear plants. Six House Democrats broke from their party on Thursday to pass a pair of bills blocking Biden administration-era green energy rules. One resolution, led by Rep. Stephanie Bice, R-Okla., seeks to overturn regulations imposed by former President Joe Biden's Department of Energy (DOE) for new clean energy standards targeting walk-in freezers and coolers. Biden speaks during the United Auto Workers union conference at the Marriott Marquis in Washington on Jan. 24, 2024. "I have fought every step of the way to prevent egregious rules from taking effect. These regulations will impose significant financial burdens on small businesses, which will have to absorb major upgrade costs to meet these new, aggressive standards," Bice told Fox News Digital.

Forget AI, these dirty jobs will help you clean up
For years, we've been told the future belongs to tech jobs, coding boot camps and college degrees that leave young Americans saddled with debt. But while artificial intelligence is shaking up white-collar professions, there's one sector AI won't be replacing anytime soon: blue-collar skilled trades. Let's face it, when your septic system blows up are you the one who is going to clean up the mess? That's right -- while office workers worry about ChatGPT taking their jobs, the demand for electricians, plumbers, welders, and mechanics is skyrocketing. Companies are desperate for skilled workers, wages are soaring, and many of these careers offer six-figure salaries without the need for a four-year degree.
Amazon's AI-generated summary of popular conservative book accuses it of 'extreme' rhetoric
Markowicz previously explained why they wrote the book in a Fox News Digital opinion piece, noting that in 2021, then-Democratic Virginia gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe said, "I don't think parents should be telling schools what they should teach." Foreign nationals flying drones over US military sites raises 'espionage' concern: expert
Federal officials face a looming threat of foreign nationals utilizing drones to surveil United States military bases after two recent arrests and a string of mysterious incursions suggest the country's airspace is ill-equipped to handle the rapidly evolving technology. In late 2024, the Department of Justice announced charges against Yinpiao Zhou, 39, for allegedly flying a drone over Vandenberg Space Force Base in California and taking photos of the facility. The Chinese-American citizen was detained as he attempted to board a China-bound flight and was charged with violation of national defense airspace and failure to register an aircraft. "Anyone operating a drone over a restricted space, like a military base, would be subject to prosecution," Ken Gray, a former FBI agent and military analyst, told Fox News Digital. "A foreign national operating [a drone] raises a concern about that person being involved in some type of espionage or intelligence gathering."
