That's a 35% discount that matches the lowest price we've ever seen at Amazon. Cross "clean the floors" off your 2025 chore list. Just a few years ago, using a robot vacuum came with some harrowing risks, like watching it take a nose-dive down the stairs or getting tangled in a throw rug's tassels. But those days are long gone, and robot vacuums are some of the most beneficial smart home cleaning options around.

Top 3 best robot vacuums from CES 2025, from coolest to most practical

Mashable

After a year of pretty practical innovations initially kicked off at CES 2024, it was tricky to predict the direction that CES 2025 robot vacuums would head in. This year, robot vacuums were finally on par with the weirdness of the rest of CES. Last year, one big feature seemed to take over: self-washing and -drying mopping pads (among other expected upgrades like stronger suction power and more precise small obstacle avoidance). Now that most brands have at least one model that can pretty much take care of vacuuming and mopping without daily human intervention, smart map the home, and avoid obstacles without human intervention, the direction these brands would go in for 2025 felt... open-ended. It turns out that big brands like Roborock, Eufy, and Dreame all had different ideas of how to ramp up robot vacuum autonomy.

I test robot vacuums for a living, and this one has the most useful cleaning feature I've seen yet

ZDNet

CES displayed some groundbreaking robot vacuum technology, combining the best robotics and artificial intelligence to deliver some of the most innovative robots we've seen in years. However, one stands out for how expertly it elevated its capabilities, skipping the flashy robotic limbs in favor of more thorough cleaning results. The Narwal Flow is an upgraded robot vacuum and mop from the company. It will be available in the US in the summer of 2025 and will have a new color, design, and even a redesigned logo. Also: I saw Roborock's'mechanical arm' robot vacuum pick up objects - and it likely won't be my last Some of the best technology within the Narwal Flow is its'Deep Carpet Boost.'

Like Roborock, Dreame is also working on a mechanical arm for its robot vacuums

ZDNet

While 2024 was the year of self-cleaning robot vacuums, 2025 promises to be the year of robotic limbs. At CES 2025, Roborock had spectators doing double and triple takes when it unveiled a new flagship robot vacuum with a mechanical arm that removes obstacles. While the company got the most attention for its innovation, it wasn't the only one displaying this technology at the show. Dreame, one of Roborock's major competitors, also used CES to debut a robot vacuum with a mechanical arm that can do more than the similarly armed Roborock Saros Z70. Dreame's mechanical arm can lift objects weighing up to 500 grams, or 17.6 ounces, almost twice as much as the Roborock, and also can use different tools to scrub stubborn stains during cleaning and trap dust more efficiently.

CES 2025: 18 new products we're looking forward to this year

Popular Science

It's our first chance to see a ton of new products that will debut this year (and some concepts that won't). They include everything from TVs and audio gear to full-fledged robots. The sheer volume of products can be overwhelming, but we've chased down all the cool new stuff at this year's show and highlighted inventions here for you to scroll (with more coverage to come in the next week). Our main takeaway: 2025 is going to be a great year for gadgets. Samsung's Frame TV has long been a favorite of interior designers and people who don't want a giant black void in their room whenever the TV isn't in use. You'll find two big upgrades in Samsung's new versions.

The new robot vacuums that caught our eye at CES 2025

Engadget

CES is known for splashy TV and laptop launches, but in 2025, there were more than a few companies trying to make waves with robot vacuums, too. After years where it seemed like vacuuming, mopping, and self-emptying might be the peak of a robot vacuum's abilities, this year's show introduced home robots with whole new functionality -- and appendages. Here's the robot vacuums that caught our eye at CES 2025, many of which you could invite to clean your living room later this year. Roborock's flagship vacuum for 2025 is the Roborock Saros Z70, a circular robot vacuum on the outside, that hides a retractable "OmniGrip" arm that can pick up and move objects on the inside. The arm is capable of five axis movement and is only able to carry around 300 grams, which makes it better at moving clothes and cables than anything truly heavy.

The Dreame X50 Ultra robot vacuum just announced at CES is already on sale

Mashable

PRE-ORDER AND SAVE 390: Ahead of its Feb. 14 launch, the Dreame X50 Ultra robot vacuum announced at CES can already be pre-ordered. Doing so early also unlocks a 390 coupon, making it yours for 1,309.99 If you read "climbing robot vacuum" about the Dreame X50 Ultra and assumed that meant it's the first robot vacuum that can straight up go up stairs, you were kind of duped. But this doesn't mean that the Dreame X50 Ultra won't be one of the best robot vacuum values to come out of CES 2025. Dreame still packed a ton of upgrades into the X50 Ultra that'll make it one of the most autonomous robot vacuums on the market, especially in its price range.

CES 2025: The Eufy E20 is a robot and stick vacuum all in one

Mashable

Robotic vacuums have their place, but they still sometimes miss things, essentially meaning that you'll still need a handheld vacuum that you can use for particularly large messes or other situations like cleaning your car. But what if all of these vacuums could be one? That's the idea behind the new Eufy E20 โ€“ a so-called 3-in-1 vacuum that can not only be used as a robotic vacuum but also as a handheld stick vacuum or a smaller handheld vacuum. I got to check out the E20 for myself at CES 2025. You might wonder how you could possibly use one unit for all three of these different tasks, but it's a little more complicated than that.

One robot vacuum is trying way too hard to outdo the competition at CES 2025

Engadget

Robot vacuums are having a very weird year at CES 2025. We've seen robot vacs that can scoot over stairs and pick up socks. Now, another robot vacuum maker is showing off robot vacuums that can zoom around with air purifiers, tablet stands, security cameras, tabletops and other objects on top. The SwitchBot K20 Pro is a robot vacuum that doubles as a modular platform for other household devices. The company describes it as a "multitasking" household assistant that can perform a bunch of tasks while maybe also cleaning your floor.

More than one company brought a robot vacuum with a mechanical arm to CES 2025

Engadget

It turns out that Roborock isn't the only company that brought a robot vacuum with a mechanical arm to CES 2025. Rival company Dreame, which unveiled its stair-climbing robot vacuum earlier in the week, is also working on a robot vacuum with an arm for picking up objects. The device is still a prototype, according to the company, but the as yet unnamed robo vac was on full display at Dreame's CES booth. Considering it's still a prototype, the actual arm looked far more substantial compared to the one on Roborock's Saros Z70. It was much thicker and had a bigger "claw" that looked like it might be able to pick up slightly heavier objects.
