The latest survey, conducted Sept. 24 to Sept. 27, was published Thursday and shows that 76 percent of 1,200 adults polled nationwide were satisfied with Duterte's performance, while 11 were dissatisfied, and 13 percent were undecided. That yielded a net satisfaction rating of plus 64, with a sampling error margin of plus or minus 3 percent.
The World Happiness Report is a well-known source of cross-country data and research on self-reported life satisfaction. The underlying source of the happiness scores in the World Happiness Report is the Gallup World Poll--a set of nationally representative surveys undertaken in more than 160 countries in over 140 languages. The main life evaluation question asked in the poll is: "Please imagine a ladder, with steps numbered from 0 at the bottom to 10 at the top. The top of the ladder represents the best possible life for you and the bottom of the ladder represents the worst possible life for you. On which step of the ladder would you say you personally feel you stand at this time?"
Motivated by considerations in quantum mechanics, we introduce the class of robust constraint satisfaction problems in which the question is whether every partial assignment of a certain length can be extended to a solution, provided the partial assignment does not violate any of the constraints of the given instance. We explore the complexity of specific robust colorability and robust satisfiability problems, and show that they are NP-complete. We then use these results to establish the computational intractability of detecting local hidden-variable models in quantum mechanics.
A new consumer survey confirms that Internet service providers (ISPs) rank the lowest among telecom industry players for customer satisfaction. While streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video continue to please customers with the overall quality of their services, the ISPs that deliver the binge-worthy content are more often viewed with ire. According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), ISPs have declined in 3.1 percent in customer satisfaction. One of the key reasons for the decline is a lack of choice: More than half of Americans have only one choice for high-speed broadband. Every major ISP deteriorated in satisfaction, save for Comcast's Xfinity Internet, which remained unchanged in its satisfaction score.
Iceland has been named the UK's top supermarket for customer satisfaction for the first time. The UK Customer Satisfaction Index surveys 10,000 consumers, is released twice a year, and covers all types of business. Iceland came 10th overall - the highest performing food retailer - while the online giant Amazon came top of the list for the sixth time in a row. Waitrose was 17th while Aldi and M&S Food were joint 23rd. Amazon scored 86.7 out of a potential 100.
