I really wish I could quit iTunes. But if you have Apple devices in the house, it's an essential piece of software. Just the other day I needed to do a factory reset on an Apple TV that required the program. What's even more aggravating than iTunes itself is when the program won't update. If you've ever seen an error when downloading iTunes on a Windows machine here are some ways you can try to fix it.

Apple has pulled an update for its smartwatches after some owners complained the software had caused their devices to stop working. The problem appears to have baffled the firm's repair staff, and there appears to be no way at present for owners to restore the products themselves. Several have said they have been told they need to send in the devices for a fix. Apple said it intended to release a revised update soon. Those affected reported that their watches had become stuck in a state showing the Apple logo - but nothing else - on their screens.

After user complaints that the iPhone X's screen becomes unresponsive in very cold weather, Apple has announced it's working on a software update to address the issue. The issue was raised by a Reddit user on Thursday, and several other users chimed in, saying they've experienced something similar. "I've noticed that my iPhone X screen becomes very unresponsive as soon as I step outside. It literally takes 2 seconds from going inside to the cold outdoors and my screen stops being very responsive. Is anyone else having this problem?"
