Actress Stockard Channing is ready to part with Hollywood Hills West home

Stage and screen actress Stockard Channing has put a home in the Hollywood Hills West on the market for $1.849 million. A year ago she was asking $1.895 million for the property, which has been leased out on and off during her ownership for as much as $6,000 a month. Set on a hillside lot, the 1950-built house makes the most of a lofty spot with expansive patios and terrace spaces that overlook the canyon. Broad picture windows in the living areas and bedrooms bring treetop and vista views inside. Within about 2,200 square feet of living space is a dining area, a breakfast nook and a kitchen that opens to the backyard.


Donald Sterling's wife Shelly puts a trio of L.A.-area homes up for rent

Even after selling the Los Angeles Clippers in 2014 for $2 billion, Shelly Sterling is still making moves. The wife of billionaire Donald Sterling has listed a trio of the couple's investment properties for lease. Among the rental homes is a 1930s Monterey Colonial in Beverly Hills that lists at $12,500 a month. The two-story house has 3,167 square feet of living space that includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. High ceilings and wood floors accent the common areas, while French doors lead from room to room.


Actress Miranda Otto lands a classic charmer in WeHo area

Actress Miranda Otto has bought a house in the Beverly Grove/West Hollywood area for $2.233 million, public records show. Built in 1929, the Spanish-style home has been updated while retaining such character features as arched doorways and high coved ceilings. Dark hardwood floors and French windows and doors add to the period elegance. The 2,073 square feet of designer-done interiors include three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master walk-ing closet, outfitted with built-ins, is practically a room unto itself.


Comic actor Diedrich Bader seeks a tenant for Spanish town home in Hancock Park

Diedrich Bader of the ABC sitcom "American Housewife" has listed a townhouse in historic Hancock Park for lease at $4,900 a month. Owned by the actor for more than two decades, the Spanish-style residence of nearly 2,300 square feet features rustic tile and hardwood floors, beamed ceilings and a loggia. Other living areas include a dining room, an eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A detached garage sits at the rear of the property. Austin Brunkhorst of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage holds the listing, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

They've tapped men's wear brands including Roc96 x MadeWorn, Pyer Moss, Buscemi, Cazal and Hall of Fame to produce co-branded capsule collections. Kerby Jean-Raymond, who designed Pyer Moss, has made an oversized short-sleeve, ponte knit crew and a hooded sweatshirt. And Jon Buscemi, who started his Los Angeles-based footwear and accessories brand in 2013, will offer a white slide, the 125MM high-top sneaker in black and white and a black backpack. Cazal will sell five sunglass styles with branded "Ballers" lens.
