Position Description: An understanding of analytic methodologies pertaining to marketing measurement is essential, with particular focus on Menu Engineering and Optimization, Menu Pricing development and analysis, Marketing & Promotional analysis, Media Mix modeling and customer/CRM analytics. While this role guides and directs analytics, they must also have the ability to "roll up sleeves" and get into data/models. Critical skill is the ability to take very technical content, distil key business insights and articulate to non-technical audiences. The role involves direct client engagement and requires ability to work with all levels up to the C-Suite and across the key client functions of Marketing, Finance, IT, Culinary, Research. Collaboration is central to success, internally work with the broader Analytics & Consulting team which includes project sponsors, chief analytics officer (CAO), data architects, data scientists and business analysts, outside contractors and other team functions as project requires.
