Samsung has all but confirmed that its next flagship smartphone will feature an artificial intelligence assistant. The company has posted a vacancy on LinkedIn, for a Principal Program Manager who would be responsible for driving "the execution and delivery of Samsung's upcoming AI (Artificial Intelligence) assistant on the Galaxy S8." Though tech companies aren't averse to teasing the industry with misleading information ahead of major launches, the professional network isn't where you'd typically expect to find such a red herring. But the company has been expanding its ambitions and recently launched a new app devoted entirely to a different part of career development: ongoing education. With the LinkedIn Learning app, the professional social network has given users access to a vast catalog of classes that promise to offer everything from basic grounding in Java to a quick primer on media training. The app will suggest skills you may want to work on, based on your LinkedIn profile, or you can search for classes. You will need a LinkedIn account to get access to the courses, whose depth and range will vary depending on the instructor.
