Kayleigh McEnany sounds off on media's 'softball questions for Biden

FOX News

KAYLEIGH MCENANY: Brian Stelter is a leftist lapdog and not a serious journalist, I think anyone can discern from that clip, but Brian, I wish he would've given me a question like that. You know what are you doing wrong is the press, well let me give you a clue Brian, maybe asking about Joe Biden's dog from the White House press briefing room, asking about Joe Biden's cat, asking about what Joe Biden thinks about the color scheme on Air Force One and on day one how it felt to walk in the Oval. We did not get questions like that. The question I received was is the President glad that the south lost the Civil War. It was that kind of inane, ludicrous coverage of the Trump administration that stands in such stark contrast to what the press is doing wrong in Joe Biden's America.

Questions the media need to start asking about Hunter Biden and his dad

FOX News

Fox News contributor reacts to an apparent connection between President Biden and a Chinese executive on'America Reports.' At a 2020 debate, President Donald Trump tried to press his rival, former Vice President Joe Biden, on an intriguing financial transaction: $3.5 million invested in a fund controlled by Biden's son. Though Hunter Biden is better known for drug addiction and overall instability than business acumen, Elena Baturina, the widow of Yuri Luzhkov, longtime mayor of Moscow and confidant of Vladimir Putin, for some reason saw wisdom in pouring Russian money into a Hunter venture. If Biden had been the Republican in the race, Trump would not have had to raise the question. The media would already have been asking it incessantly.

Biden, Harris post-inauguration media coverage expected to be much friendlier than Trump-era vitriol

FOX News

A new poll shows Americans are split on their confidence in President-elect Joe Biden; Fox News contributor Kristen Soltis Anderson weighs in. As Joe Biden takes office, news organizations largely run by coastal elite liberals will be under a microscope as media watchdogs are eager to see if the vitriol from the press will carry over from the Trump years, or if the Democratic administration will receive the fawning coverage of the Obama years. Following four years of President Trump stirring the pot and calling out the left-leaning mainstream media at every turn, early indications point to the latter. Already, we've seen a Biden adviser thank MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle for her "advocacy" and "help," Twitter censor potentially damning stories about Biden's family, glowing features on incoming Vice President Kamala Harris, the Washington Post celebrate the return of "reality-grounded" briefings and CNN on-screen chyrons drop the snarky tone used to cover the president over the past four years – and Biden hasn't even slept at the White House yet. Conservatives expect the mainstream media to fawn over President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.

Politico confirms Hunter Biden laptop emails after media declared story 'Russian disinformation' amid election

FOX News

In media news today, reporters slam the White House for shouting down questions from the press pool, MSNBC's Joy Reid calls the focus on the Gabby Petito case'missing White woman syndrome,' and Texas Democrat Henry Cuellar argues with CNN anchor over border patrol agents on horseback Nearly one year after the Hunter Biden laptop story sparked a political firestorm, Politico confirmed some of the material first reported by the New York Post in the final weeks of the presidential election. Politico Playbook published reporting from correspondent Ben Schreckinger's new book "The Bidens," which delved into the emails that surfaced in the explosive reporting that was ultimately suppressed by Big Tech. "A person who had independent access to Hunter Biden's emails confirmed he did receive a 2015 email from a Ukrainian businessman thanking him for the chance to meet Joe Biden. The same goes for a 2017 email in which a proposed equity breakdown of a venture with Chinese energy executives includes the line, '10 held by H for the big guy?'" the Playbook wrote. "Emails released by a Swedish government agency also match emails in the leaked cache, and two people who corresponded with Hunter Biden confirmed emails from the cache were genuine."
