Jenny McCarthy is kicking off the summer season with a whole new look. The 43-year-old radio show host, who's typically a blonde, has opted for a darker'do. "Loving the rich chocolate with blonde highlights," she captioned a selfie on Wednesday. Julius Michael, the hairstylist behind McCarthy's new look, revealed to ET how this change came about. "I suggested she does something different and go darker and from that point we ran with it.
McCarthy was a true "progressive" in that he appreciated the rapid and dramatic improvements in human living standards brought about by innovation. It was from McCarthy's website that I first learned of Thomas Babington Macaulay's remarks, in the Edinburgh Review, that I often quote -- "We cannot absolutely prove that those are in error who tell us that society has reached a turning point, that we have seen our best days. But so said all before us, and with just as much apparent reason ... On what principle is it that, when we see nothing but improvement behind us, we are to expect nothing but deterioration before us".
Melissa McCarthy, who is a huge fan of Meghan Markle said she's inspired by the Duchess of Sussex and revealed why she wanted to get involved in her 40x40 initiative. Meghan launched the charitable initiative in honor of her 40th birthday earlier this month. The project asks 40 individuals to dedicate 40 minutes of mentorship to a woman returning to the workforce after the pandemic. The Duchess launched the initiative through a comedic video starred by her and McCarthy. In the tongue-in-cheek video, Meghan and McCarthy joked about marking her 40th birthday by holding a cast reunion of "Suits," getting matching tattoos or throwing a yacht party.
